Into Victoria Park(or Dame Emily Park) at lunch time 2-3 times a week.
30-40min of body weight strength and conditioning.
Combo of old and new school stuff - squats/lunges/hinges/press ups/pullups/handstands/core type things....whatever comes up.
Not too much focus on HITT or cardio as I'l rather ride for that.
Anyone interested?
