I've been commuting from Waterloo to Wapping and back for three weeks now on a three-geared Brompton called "Ramone".
I've got used to the cultural shift - red lights are advisory only, "no turning" means "ignore this sign", pedestrians crossing ahead means "aim for the gap" and so on...
Now I know what it's like to ride like a bike courier.
So slap me!! 😆

South of the river, then over Tower Bridge. Kicking off the lights to get round the Imax is completely mental. Generally 08:15ish from the station. Face mask. Olive green "Dirty Habit" peaked cap...

Yep, all sounds about right, now you need to do it for 50 hours a week without any accidents, i've managed 4 1/2 years so far without a single crash (Switzerland and riding to pissed has taken care of that) Yesterday was getting a bit much in the heat, but it's all good fun! Riding in London is quite mental really. 😀

and riding to pissed has taken care of that
It's even better when you're off your tree and can't remember how you got home 😆
