[#1640853]

So today so far I've had a bowl of porridge, an apple, and a punnet of blueberries.

I'm still starving.

Have I got a tapeworm?

You've had minimal fat and protein, no wonder you're still hungry.

For breakfast today i had two hardboiled eggs, a grapefruit, half an avocado, a bit of a sardine and a big handful of nuts. And some coconut.

Cup of coffee, 2 slice of toast, rode 20 miles to work, sandwiches at lunch time (2 slice), a banana for the afternoon and then normal dinner when I get home.

Why, can't you cope with feeling hungry.

No wonder the UK is full of fat people.

@Gary_M - who said Pook was fat?

Different people need different amounts of food, if both of you maintain a healthy weight with your different intakes who's to argue?

Of course if Pook is a biffer then he should look at what and how much he eats...

Have I got a tapeworm?

No. It's because all you've done is eat carbs.

Pasta and bacon, a bag of crisps, and to follow up with some chocolate raisins.

I do have a big head though. It's pushing all my hair out.
