I've got a non lithium battery one, it's great. Enough charge to do my front and back and then one or the other again. I got it stupidly cheap or I would have had lithium one, and when mine dies I'll be getting one for sure.

It's the best way to cut grass IMO, the freedom from cables like a petrol, but without having to worry about maintenance and noise.

I inherited my dad's mower & strimmer - I think they were actually Lead Acid batteries. Unfortunately we had to store them for a while and the batteries died after a few uses.

Otherwise, as prawny says, so much nicer than cable or petrol mowers.
