You can't, you have to host it elsewhere (flickr is free) and link to it. see here for how to do that - easiest way is to use the "img" button above

Mine is a pic that was posted here on the old forum, can't remember who by though.

Some guys on bikes in the Lakes (I think) on a sunny day, with low cloud filling the valleys.
