Cut it into chunks, add it to the filling of a nice homemade chicken and leek pie.

At christmas mine was turned into turkey, leek and gammon pie a la Jamie "Mockney" Oliver.

Been a winner with the family for the last couple of years.

If you've got ham stock left over gammon and pea risotto is the way to go. Apple juice and bouillon can be used at a pinch instead of ham stock.

Risotto?
Pies?

Just be a man and eat it straight off the plate in big chunks.

I will allow some sort of sauce if you want. ๐Ÿ™‚

Conchiglie pasta, bechamel, mushrooms, onion and garlic white wine, parmesan. Gammon into small cubes. Stick it all in a over proof dish with some cheddar/mozzarella on top and al forno the bejesus out of it.

With garlic bread.

Is the OP suggesting that he is above eating gammon, egg and chips? If so, surely we should be asking ourselves whether he is the sort of person we want on this forum?

I wish I could help, but I always ensure their are none of these 'leftovers' you speak of.

To do so would damage my masculinity.
