I'm putting down a single sheet lino floor in the bathroom (about 2x2m). Laying it on top of some ply.
I've got some vinyl spray glue to go around the edges to hold it down.
Do I need to leave an expansion gap around the edges? if so how much? Will a couple of mm be enough, and then just fill the gap with flexible sealant? The lino is about 5mm thick if that makes a difference.
thanks

i dont lay it myself, but have seen it laid many times, probably best to cut it the correct size and dont glue down for a day or two,i think its unlikely to expand, but you can always retrim it later, use a hook blade too, take your time and good luck, and dont cut yourself!!!
