[Closed] Las Vegas dining options

Another trip to my least favourite US city beckons, and I discover bad news! My favourite restaurant there, Lotus of Siam, is temporarily (I hope!) closed. So, STW HiveMind, where fits the bill?

- Off strip. Not in a casino/hotel. Something away from all that crap. Twenty minute cab ride max, probably.
- Not too shabby, but not overly formal.
- Good food, good drinks list.
- Medium to upper end price level. Expenses account is generous, but not silly!
- Able to take a large(ish) booking at reasonably short notice. Ten people or so, possible with about three hours notice.
- Nothing "American" like a steak house, and no faux-Irish bars either.
