The Mrs told me today that when she tried to get on skypethere was an error message, which she typically cant remember, then everything on the screen went huge.
I adjusted the resolution as high as it would go, tho not as high as recommended for a 17in screen, which got the icons nearer their normal size, but not quite, and the bar down the bottom lost its pattern. Its windows 7 by the way.
Anyway, I system restored to yesterday and now it gets partway through startup, then goes black with the cursor.
Any ideas from the IT peeps here?
