Currently have no broadband working on laptop. It connects and works at home to phone, the laptop says it gas a connection and I can get the browser to open up and do a search but won't open anything after that, comes up with a no connection message.
Anyone help to sort it out. Have tried on Firefox and chrome.

Anything else working on that connection?
Reboot the router?
Try wired rather than wireless?
Malware scan? Download Malwarebytes on another PC and copy it with a USB stick.

Check your adapters are set to DHCP and not statics on top of the above.
