Pretty much on the limit for me in the violence and natiness stakes, so far.
Quite disturbing, tbh.

Worth persevering with or is it just horrible for the sake of it?

No spoilers, please.

S'ok. Can't say more, as most of my thoughts on the film are based on the ending. Personally I don't think it's violent for the sake of it.

Like any film, I would recommend watching it till the end.

"Nasty for the sake of it"...

That'll be Human Centipede 2 - the word grim doesn't come close...

Promising start and worth watching 'til the end but I reckon it lost the plot after the sickening violence.

Similar to Drive in the random violence stakes.

+ 1 for the weak ending got a bit silly towards the end but overall I liked it.

Didn't like it.

Didn't think the ending was strong or coherent enough and the violence, particularly the scene with the librarian, was just too much - completely unnecessary.
The 'revalation' scene at the end was unbelievable and upsetting, some sort or explanation/justification would have been nice.

The Wicker Man, though a complete shambles of a film, works brilliantly.
This just didn't work for me.

Shame as the acting was amazing.

Human Centipede 2

Please tell me there isn't a 2?

And a 3rd ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I've not seen the first but I sat through '2' pretty much shaking my head at it.

OP - what channel for 'Kill-List'?

I quite enjoyed it, even with the ending. THAT scene, though, is a bit hard to watch, but didn't feel gratuitous.

I am just about to start watching this, but after reading the posts it sounds a bit grim.

Watched it on LoveFilm after reading this thread. It's not the worst film I've ever seen, but it would probably make it in to the top ten.

Didnt like it. The ending was poor and I guessed right away that it was his family.
