Words fail me - "not wearing a helmet contributed to her death" ....so did I guess being in her 70's and cycling and being outside...... Err no being hit by a careless driver contributed to her death!

Don't read about court cases in a few words in the press. It's not going to end well and it's certainly not going to make a good STW thread.
