Aquaprofile - my wife's just got a Cosmo and first impressions are pretty good. Probably a bit lightweight for daily wet commutes or MTB in bad weather, but a very good 'pocket' waterproof. Would probably get something sturdier for everyday use and keep the cosmo for borderline days.
