46/50. The four I got wrong were spurious at best. I demand to keep my driving god status!
Yes, but can you make progress?
Redid my driving test 18months ago.
Did better than I did first time round 😉
*Not a driving god and can't make progress on account of driving vehicles slower than the tide.
45/50
Had I answered some of them with what I do do, instead of what I should do then I fear it would be far worse 😜

Won't be so rude as to ask why, but do you have to do the theory bit in a retest even though your original licence didn't need it?
[teacher’s pet] 50/50 and 65/75 in my motorbike one last month [/teacher’s pet]
49/50. Apparently if your view is blocked by other cars when emerging from a junction you should rely on the reflections in a shop window to see traffic rather than ask a passenger!
Not just close your eyes, ****ing nail it and hope for the best then?
No idea I'm young enough to have done theory first time tound
I was just adding extra catagorys to my licence. Nothing sinister
The south coast version has different questions. For example...
You're sat on the M27 at 830am on a Tuesday should you be:
On Instagram
Updating your Facebook status
Eating cereal
Weaving between lanes but actually not getting there any quicker than anyone else
Driving at 60mph then braking hard for each average speed check camera in the roadworks
Tick all that apply
Do solid white lines and chevrons on an entry sliproad mean?
1) barge in here in order to get in the queue earlier
2) what white lines?
The stopping distance for a Range Rover travelling at 50 in a 30 zone is
1) 0m
2) about same as the thickness of a rizla
3) I don't care I'm safe inside it
I’m liking your work garage dweller. Further questions;
You are travelling on a clear single carriageway signposted at the national speed limit, what speed should you travel at?
1) 40 mph
2) 40 mph
3) 40 mph
Tick all that apply.
You now enter a village with street lighting, what speed should you travel at?
1) 40 mph
2) 40 mph
3) 40 mph
Tick all that apply
The road now joins the A27 at emsworth, how should you match your speed as you join the dual carriage way at national speed limit?
1) 40 mph
2) 40 mph
3) 40 mph
Tick all that apply
goldfish24 😂
Very similar to Suffolk, just substitute A11/12/14.
What's the pass mark?
Just googled it and it's 43/50 which doesn't leave you much room for error. There were a couple which I took a punt at to be fair such as the timings for using a horn in a built up area.
49/50 in 12 minutes, not the hardest test I have done.
However 5 minutes into the practical and I would have probably already failed due to my years of not driving in the required manner (both hands on wheel, not crossing hands, looking in rear view mirror every 2 seconds, etc,.)
@watty to be fair there have been so many roadworks on the A12 over the last few years that's the one place you'd be forgiven for thinking it was a 40.

The driver uses their own eyes always its pretty simple.

🤪👍
A couple to add:
You have 15mins to the Portsmouth Ferry, you are near J9 20mins away and you are driving a truck
You:
Tailgate every vehicle
Tailgate every vehicle whilst flashing your headlights
Tailgate every vehicle whilst watching porn on your iPad
Tailgate every vehicle and overtake in the Fast Lane
Tailgate every vehicle swerving across four lanes near the Fareham exit on Portsdown Hill
All of the above.
...
You come out of the 50mph speed restriction area near the Fareham junction,
You:
Floor it
Floor it in the fast lane (lane 4)
Floor it and barge in at the merge-in section
Floor it and continue in the merge-in section on the white lines until your drivers wing mirrors disintegrate whilst bouncing off the concrete barriers.
All of the above.
I have to add one thing about the M27..
Its so much nicer driving on the M27 now the 50mph limits in place.. here’s hoping that when the smart motorway is completed that the speed limits are reduced to 50mph along the whole section from the A3 right through to J1 at Romsey 😘🤩
You're driving in Manchester. Traffic Lights are
a)advisory
b)optional
c)up to you
You need to pull in so you can nip into a shop to get a big bag of Haribos. There are double yellows outside the shop. Should you:
a. Just park up on the road as you are only popping in for a few minutes;
b. Park half on the pavement, half on the road, to show some consideration for other road users trying to get past;
c. Park fully on the pavement, so that the double yellows are no longer relavent?
wrightyson
.......There were a couple which I took a punt at to be fair such as the timings for using a horn in a built up area
that's a real issue best everyone gets that right.....and the answer is 1/. as you rev your engine too close behind the cyclist and 2/. when you pass whilst mouthing off and wasting your precious time driving slowly
I would have probably already failed due to my years of not driving in the required manner...…., not crossing hands
Presumably its ok to put your hands together to pray because there's a Range Rover 5mm from your rear bumper at 75mph in the outside lane of the M4?
Hold on, he's gone now. Crossed three lanes and the chevrons to get off on that slip road..
rather than ask a passenger!
I never trust a passenger. Do people actually use their passengers to help them drive?
Do people actually use their passengers to help them drive?
Parked on the wrong side of the road in a tight space between vans a while ago, I asked my wife if anything was coming. She checked my mirrors for me! 😂
47/50
Stopping distances in the wet seem to be my downfall, but I did err on the side of caution.
Oh and green Vs red cats eyes.
The results are in. 50/50. Smart arse that she is!

Ooh ooh I know this one! It’s C, definite C. I remember this because the people that do it are utter ****s.
your in your white audi joining the A90 at aberdeen .Which lane do you enter.
A.Outside lane
B.Outside lane
C.Outside lane unless the outside lane is already filled by a slower moving vehicle and the inside lane is empty.

Yes, I regularly get my wife to hold the wheel so I can catch up with my YouTube and Instagram updates. She always let's me know when I need to apply the brakes.
just scraped through 45/50; few unlucky guesses on the different colours of cat eyes across a motorway and which colour lights doctors & coastguard have
I never trust a passenger. Do people actually use their passengers to help them drive?
Yes, rarely but it happens. Can't quite see to the left at a junction, passenger can so lets you know it's clear - proceed with caution.
I'd guess that most people have or will at some point.
47/50 on the government website, using 12 minutes of the allotted hour.
Wonder what the longest it's ever taken anyone to complete?
However... one of the questions I got wrong was -
'Following a collision, someone has suffered a burn. The burn needs to be cooled. What's the shortest time it should be cooled for'
Not sure that has anything to do with driving?
47/50.
not sure which ones I got wrong TBH, but one of them was a M-way question, which is a bit worrying given the amount of time I spend on Motorways!
I managed 49/50. which isn't all that great to be honest since a few I got right I wasn't convinced about, I just thought they were the least worst option. And the one I got wrong was a road sign, and a pretty common one too.
