Christ that was an ordeal, I gave up with ryanair. How many ****ing add ons and extras do they think I want all in bright orange or blue! I don't mind paying tax just add it on the F88kin total at the start! And no i don't want a
A - Insurance
B - Car hire
C - Shit hotel.
I definitely don't want a crappy ryanair suitcase

It will not get better moving forwards, ancillary selling is seen as an effective way of improving revenues and margins. It is not too may years ago when O'Leary's vision was to give the seats away for free and drive 100% of revenues from add-ons.
