I think I may be suffering from Tendonitis in my right knee. I have rested it for several weeks but it does not seem to be much better, or rather it is fine for a few days and then seems to flare up again without any obvious triggers (ie. not exercise related)
However, I also have muscle pain in my thigh and pain in the shin and sometimes it feels like my thigh, and knee are twisted if that makes sense.
So any advice, and any good sports physios in the above or nearby areas?

try the sweatshop in teddington - they used to have an evening with trainee physios, i think a thursday but that was ages ago.
also, may be Lanson running in Hampton Wick, or ask at Sigma Sport.
Oliver at Chiltern Chiropractic in Sutton is an absolute god. Sent loads of people to see him and they have all had top results.
