Was it a repeat, were some bits of it repeated from another programme, or has that other woman been on something else? Some bits of the programme seemed awfully familiar, though other bits didn't at all.

A-R I think she did Wainwright's walks. Noticed she had proper kit on this time,rather than her trendy wee Maharishi breeks.
