You can't really blame the cyclist (although perhaps he should've done his homework) as there was a huge arrow pointing to that side!

If we're talking about the Stockholm sprint distance event. He won, there was an appeal by the Russian team, as Brukankov (sp) was pretty held up, but that was booted out and the result stood.
