Hold up - man loses his son and grandson in a helicopter crash. Whether it was Colin's fault or not (and all the evidence says it probably was), the man at fault paid for it with his life. Jimmy is never going to want to accept it regardless of what an investigation says. Where is the problem with that?

EDIT: In fact, the more I read your post, the more angry it makes me. Who are you to state what a man should and shouldn't accept following the death of two members of his family? Additionally Jimmy wasn't flying the helicopter or in away way shape or form involved. Why should he have to accept anything?

He's lost his son and his Grandson; would his life be much happier if he blamed Colin? Do you really know what happened?

I read this last night too thinking it was a recent article. Just want to forget about the whole episode now. I have my opinions on the matter but regardless of blame it was a sad waste of 4 lives.
