As it's STW - we should really have a 'meh' button.

The forum really is running like dog shit at the moment. Page freezes and crashes, ages to load, 502 errors, loss of editing functionality, massive banner ads obscuring half the screen even for paid members. I'm sure Mark and the team are on the case but jeez it's frustrating.

Around these parts that would seem to mean "really really well".

Anyway, apart from the text editing buttons (both visual & text) which have disappeared entirely, everything else is working just fine here (Chrome on Windows PC)

Edit: same with Firefox on android. It was also really slow until I logged in, so either the ads or just my phone couldn't cope!

Text editing buttons going missing is a major ballache. It's pretty hard to communicate if you can't quote someone. They used to appear if you switched between "Text" and "Visual", but that hack doesn't work now.

Also add me to the "running even slower than usual" and "why am I seeing a massive advert at the top of the page when I am a subscriber" lists.
