if anyone's interested I have a 40 minute Wu Tang freestyle session from 1994 when they came to London for Radio 1. It's basically the whole recording session **** ups and arguments included, loadsa pissing about and Method Man getting wound up by the rest of em!

Some good beats and verses in their amongst the rest! if there's any demand I'l upload it to yousendit or similar.
