Night in, i'm cooking when the GF gets back

well ive just ordered some brake pads as ive realised im on metal for tomorrows ride 😉 and going to drink some kriek when its chilled enough ;-)and sort my stuff for the morning

curry night here - been at a bbq at the pub (cooking) most of the arvo

I'll be mainly drinking an Orvieto then going on to a cheeky little Valpolicella with the home made chilli con carne.

Doing our best local run tomorrow - a little jaunt up the side of Ben Lawyers then 30 mins of sweet technical singletrack down to the Lawyers Inn

Roasting chicken + spicy potato wedges + lemony mixed salad

Mate coming around at 7:30 to share it, some wine and a board game "Ticket to Ride".

Driving into Totnes for a scrumpy/home brew festival 🙂 yeeehahhh! We've got the bikes in the back of the car for a very hilly, seven & half mile off-road, wobble back home, with the countryside all nicely lit up by the full moon. I'm taking the SS to give the GF a sporting chance to keep up!

Waiting for the painkillers to kick in. Rode into the back of an MR2 on the road bike this afternoon. Either cracked ribs or muscle damage from the rear spoiler. Caliper brakes are not as effective as disc brakes as any fule kno 😯
