Does anyone else occasionaly get extremely itchy legs after a shower, or is it just me? Any ideas on what it could be, I'm pretty sure it's not an allergy thing? Iv jet moved to a new house with a tin shower cubicle and have started gettng it again. Grrrrrrrrrrr

Dry skin? Some people are very sensitive to having their skin oils washed out, especially if showering daily or more with "strong" soaps.

yes, me too, though not as often recently as last year. I have insensitive, oily skin.

If your shower gel contains Sodium Laurate Sulphate, this is usually responsible for dry skin...

Best remedy is to use a bar of soap....

I don't get it from swimming or baths though and I wouldn't have said I have overly dry skin, I also don't get it all the time, but I have been getting it quite a lot recently.

I generally get it thru the winter, more in patches rather than all over my legs.
