The large one I got earlier would look tight on my skinny 11 year-old son. It's also a bit short in the torso. I'm off back to Lidls in a minute to swap it for an X-large. I'd recommend taking the garment out of the box and giving it a visual before buying. It's good quality though. Don't forget to get a pair of the snowboard socks as well. They're tip-top quality and make good welly boot liners too. HTH.
