Forum menu
Twice in the last couple of days I have found myself on the 'Subscribe' page despite not navigating to it intentionally. As the button is on the top right of the site, I am pretty sure I haven't accidentally clicked it (I am usually hovering around the top left for the forum buttons).
So - is there a random auto-redirect going on or is this purely coincidental user error (which seems odd as I don't recall ever doing that before so to have it happen twice in as many days seems a bit suspicious to me).
Is there a chance you are clicking on one of the "Subscribe" images just above the main forum?
If you click and drag to highlight text, but inadvertently stray into the border (background image), then it automatically launches the subscribe page. Which must be a bit annoying (and yes, I am aware my P has lapsed for some reason)
The whole background area of the site is a link to the subscribe page.
My cursor turns from an arrow to a pointy finger if I hover over any of it.
Just been testing this out and it seems that if I click anywhere on the image behind the main body panel (which seems to have text on it that I cannot see as it is obscured by the panel) it opens a new window to the subscribe page but some key combination is making it load in the current window.
I am not seeing this feature.
and yes, I am aware my P has lapsed for some reason
BTW, clicking on the '2.50 monthly' subs link on the sneaky subs page punts me through to some null page which says I can't buy it.
