[Closed] Is disabling a browser add on pretty much the same as uninstalling effect wise?

still tryng to fix my sporadic problem with typed text appearing very occasionally in reverse ie DOG would come out as GOD !..you may remember the thread it seemed to amuse many people .
well ..still no success in solving despite a complete reinstall of the operating system ( W10 ) and scouring the web for possible solutions . One thing that was suggested as a fix for was that add ons could perhaps cause this . I use a lot of add ons with chrome ( my preferred browser ) and in an effort to rule this out I disabled all of them but still got the problem reoccurring. It suddenly struck me today ..I wonder if they could still have an effect despite being disabled and I should uninstall all of them to be sure. Your thoughts please.
