I've tried to send a link to some friends in the US of tonight's Ride of My Life programme on BBC4.
They can't receive (open the link) the programme in the US. Is there another way for them to view it?

Proxy - tell me more. Im thinking that downloading an hour long programme and sending it will take ......two hours?

get them to use a uk proxy, no need to download the show, they just watch it
