Morning all, my iPhone 6s is getting on a bit, and has a new quirk.
A large minority of my contacts have disappeard from the phone-call search function, but if I happen to know the number it comes up with the contact name. However, if I search through the text-search for a contact, there they are.
Any ideas? Failing that can anyone recommend a helpful phones forum? One that assumes very little competance of it's OP's preferably.

Have you tried rebooting it?

touch the blue "groups" in top left and check what is/is not ticked - likely something in there
