Tomorrow I've got an interview to hopefully move to a similar job at a different location (parts supervisor to parts manager), any questions I should be asking and be prepared to answer? I've had a google and seen a few but more are always welcome
Difference in role and responsibilities. Expected deliverables. Lines of escalation.
They may ask you what you will do in your first three months. What you may change. How you would resolve issue a) or issue b). Give an example of when you did 1), 2) and 3).
When I went for my last role in a similar situation I asked what support would be in place to help me develop in the areas I had idetified during my interview, don't forget it's as much about you interviewing them.
