Near a pond or water?

At the bottom of a swimming pool dead. No water near by.

Not a baby Robin, count the legs!!!

Legs are fragile and can fall off....

Certainly your example is missing a few, as some of the segments have 2 pairs of legs, others have just one.

How long is the body?

If this is the same thing it's called Mille Pattes and i have squished loads of them in my house, usually found in hotter climates (so i guess your having a good summer).

P.S Nice one on the thread title hijack with the broken bones video!!
