We've got mini-HR due in a month. We've also been given a nice kindercraft pram, but the tyres are cracking/split and the tubes don't keep air. I can replace the whole wheel assembly for 35€ per corner. But that's a little steep for a second hand pram...
Does anyone know where I can find tubes and tyres in the sizes..?

Thanks in advance for any help. The bigger size has "MTB tyres and tubes" in Decathlon but I can't find much else in stock.
8 inch is mountain board or trailer wheels size.
12 inch is common for kids bikes.
What about solid tyres? Look for wheelchair stuff
I always managed to use regular bike shops or Chain Reaction for tubes on ours. Make sure you check whether you need a bent valve stem to be able to use a pump! We only had 12 and 16 inch tyres though. There are 2 sizes of 12 and 12 1/2 inch though so check the metric number on them.
Otherwise eBay or do you have a local independent pram / baby shop? There is one in Middlesbrough called Watts that is super helpful, not everything is on the website but if you ring them they order it in (a lot of carry cot mattresses are odd sizes so they order in all the time). Probably not much use of you're in the EU but this type of place must exist in other countries.
PS just seen the comment about solid tyres. The ride is much worse even with the low weight of a toddler in the pushchair. Unless you are going to only use it on pavements then proper tyres make footpaths, the beach etc. way easier.

I fitted solid inner tube replacements to the wheels on our big running buggy. As above, not the best off road but any tarmac is fine. Got them from that well known Chinese site. I'm sure you could fine something similar in the right size.
Frankly I’m a bit shocked you’ve come on here to admit your not tubeless. You do know it brings the “baby hasn’t slept through for weeks and I’m completely forked walks” alive don’t you?
Put Slime/latex in the tubes when you get them. Prames get pushed through all the broken glass and thorns then covered in dog shite. Plus small wheels are bugger to get the tyres off.
I have no kids but learnt this from fixing punctures for desperate mothers in a bike shop.

Looks like they have 22 12” tires to choose from so should be something for you on there.

Good call with the slime. There is only one repair shop for prams locally and the costs are high for a quick tyre and tube change. There are loads of UK shops, but nothing obvious in Belgium. Perhaps a good business opportunity 🙂
Amazon is great for small tyres and tubes. One warning, check the wheel can actually be removed first. Our rear wheels come off but the front can't be removed from its carrier, so no replacing of tyre and tube outside of the whole assembly. I filled it with slime and it's holding for now
I managed to fish a spare set of wheels out a skip on a visit to the local recycling centre for ours as a lot of out'n'abouts locally as a rural area.
Otherwise, you probably want bent valves as mentioned.
Ebay has normally come up with the random goods for me.
We used to get inner tubes from Halfords. Slime filled if you can, any puncture will be when you are miles from home.
