Has anyone grown pumpkins indoors successfully?

We planted the seeds a few months back and now have lots of massive plants which are covered in flower buds (we know we'll have to do the work in place of the bees) but don't know what to do with them now; do we leave them in the big pots? Or put them in grow bags on the floor so they can spread/trail more?

They are in a south facing window and get watered a lot and seem to love it there.

They cover a massive area you know. We've had them in growbags and had them out 6 or 8 feet from the bag. I've known loads of pumpkin growers but never indoors.

Even if you have the space, they need a lot of water, and i mean ALOT!
