It's just training and practice, must take a lot of mental effort as well as physical. Quite impressive but not superhuman. I've seen a fair few of the Shaolin DVDs, so I presume it's not entirely against their beliefs?

Can't help but think that the love of a bad woman would give them a different perspective on life 🙂
I've seen some of the shaolin monks perform live a couple of times, it is truly amazing stuff.
