So iff I.s is a state (not recognized ) surely the un and NATO can say " right your a state so you have to conform and adhere to the state rules" sanctions,curfews,disclosure ect.
Just so you know I'm just putting it out there,I'm not a politician or a soldier,everyone seems to have a pretty good answer on here so I would like to hear it,do gooders also welcome for a pop.

Of course,however a lot has changed in 2 months, I think we need to start worrying about the fighters in this country at the moment,these have momentum money and cause,what do we have,we expect our government to sort everything which never happens Untill it's to late,my worry is that only a nuclear attack will sort this when it's to late.
