Perchy would be my choice on the grounds of natural wit. Also, I have a suspicion that, as a Glaswegian (or close enough), his accent would add a certain charming menace to the words.

I'd choose you too for an inexhaustible reservoir of righteous zeal. I should also point out that I'm currently exploring meditation, so in a bout of verbal fisticuffs I would most likely be completely useless in a buddhist monk sort of way 🙂
In real life, I've been with NBT when we encountered a slightly barking house owner / 'real mountain biker' on a local footpath (which admittedly runs pretty much through his partking space). I was amazed by NBT's calm, reasonable attitude to someone I'd never seen on local trails, but claimed he was more of a 'proper mountain biker' than us because he was about to go riding around Mont Blanc. It was all quite surreal, but Jules / NBT showed extraordinary patience in the face of sustained ****tery. So he'd be my choice for reasoned argument rather than fevered conviction.
