Seen a few references to this on here. What is it exactly and will it make me into a racing snake?

You get 4 nights off a week to drink as much beer as possible, its cancelled out by eating chilli coated nuts at work.

iDiet - what is it?

It was some advise that I nice chap from on here, offered up to the STW massive.
And he wasn't trying to sell us anything....
😉

His suggestion was to adhere to certain general points he listed, and you should experience a reduction of excessive body fat.

Sadly, but not surprizingly, since then.
Certain elements of this forum has sort to deride, and generally slag-off the suggestions this chap kindly offered up.

So, today we find some on here have grown up enough to knuckle down, get on with it, in order to reap the rewards.
While others just pop up on these threads, to have a pop.

If you're really interested, if you're really going to give it a serious go.
Then great, and good luck.
If you need pointers, advise, then some on here might be able to help.
🙂

Think 'Paleo diet without the fruit' meets 'Atkins diet with more veg' and you'll be on track.

It's a software analysis tool to determine whether the search function is in the correct place on a website.

There's an inverse correlation between the number of times the question 'what is the idiet?' asked, and the visibility of the search box, although this can be skewed depending on the number of inquirers who just want to start a new topic.

Well I don't want to have to manual all the time so there's only one answer.

I found the link in my favourites 😯

But no one on here has ever helped me post a linky with the squiggly 'and' sign in it.
Or how to post the plus sign.
😥

So when I try to post the link, it doesn't work

Which just makes me a now slimmer, IT dunce.
With poor gramma.

Oh, and its raining now.

See what I mean.

Which is why I'm on it....

Bad couple of weeks, but back with the programme now and enjoying all the other benefits of a non-fast carb diet.

And less farting is one of them..!

It's dead easy to follow & you can drink. Wife & I have been on it for, I think, 8 weeks. I was 93kg. Last week I hit 84.5kg. Aiming for sub-80.

Just bought some Withings scales for weight/fat tracking.

well done fennesz, i lost the same amount (same starting weight and end weight!) in about 10 weeks as i kept wholemeal bread in small amounts as part of my regular diet, and i had 2 cartons of fruit juice a day.

since then i've not kept up the diet and several periods off the bike with injuries have meant i've crept back up to 88kg roughly.... trying to get back into the swing of things and your story might be just what i needed 🙂

good work dude!

Thanks, chaps.

The weight loss is great, but I'm still at 19% fat (saying that, I started at 25%, I think). Last week, I tipped into BMI < 25, so am a 'healthy' weight for the first time in a very long time.

Best thing about it? Being able to stick with the average-to-good climbers in my road club.

Search button is located in a splendid position thanks, only when I used it I could not find a succinct answer so used the other feature forums are known for, and asked a question. Thanks though.

Clicked the link and will have a read. Thanks.

The hotel have messed up my room service order. I asked for extra veg and no potatoes, but they have given me the potatoes anyway. They ar ein fact the most delicious fat cut chips I've ever had, and I'm just not capable of throwing them in the bin.. dammit..

No I am fully dressed apart from socks, even sitting in the chair instead of lying on bed.

Ha, Ha !.

I popped into the Varsity bar on the outskirts of Warwick Uni last night.
Had two glasses of red and their 10oz Gammon steak thing.
The plate was awash with chips, I had to move them all out of the way to get to the good stuff.

I didn't eat one chip.
I didn't care to.

When you've been face to face with the chip monster, and you've won.

FEELS GOOOOOOOOD !.
(The wine helped. Hic !.)

Solo - just eat the chips!

How close is the iDiet to having a full blown eating disorder?
