Them boys don't look like they're running too fast.
And there seems to be plenty of stopping....
Its probably a form of HIIT.
Bursts of running/sprinting with walking in between.

Is this insulin response lark directly proportional to the amount eaten?. Im still having a little milk in coffee, so will this produce the same insulin response as say eating a loaf of white bread?. lost no weight in 1 week. but feel better for it

Broadly, yes, but there are lots of caveats.

Milk shouldn't release much insulin cos it's low GI but it does, cos of some other factor.
