Because it's not a video as such, just a still to go with the music track for YouTube.
You quite often just get a still of the album artwork on yt.

I was thinking Lada Samara as it seems to have a separate 'nose'.

Im going with the Honda Civic as before. Sadly examining the image and comparing it to the ones posted above it doesn't look to have fuel filler or front wing indicator like the Starlet!
Looks spot.on for that civic photo to me including the different height windows. Front wing repeater, two styling creases along the side.
I'd also say Civic
Definitely not an Astra or Lada.
I'd also go with early 80s Japanese. Probably the Civic.

It's 100% that Civic. Play the vid full screen, it's got some primer sections on the wing nose. Door window line, mid line crease that runs round the rear arch - exactly the same.
Repeater location, rear light wrap - both the same.
