To the sunless sea with no sky
And all I need is a rusty ship
And OMG OMG A GIANT SCARY EYE
RUN FOR YOUR LIVES
RUN
RUN?
SUN?
SUN
SUNSUNSUNSUNSUN
Where is the crew? Why am I covered in blood? Why am I not hungry any more?

Anyone else playing Sunless Sea? What a brilliant game... Well, barely a game at all. What a brilliant interactive china mieville novel/choose your own adventure.

I'd rather read a book, I find games tedious and boring.
Sorry. (Not really. ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

It is possible to do both. In this case, it's possible to play a game that's as well crafted an example of storytelling as a good novel

you should try out the unfolding narrative of a story driven game, it's a significant new medium

I've been avoiding, partly because my games backlog is huge. I've heard good things about it and this is selling it to me:

I'm not surprised they've had Meg Jayanth working on it:

So this isn't about a rear mech downgrade?

Coincidentally I did just buy a zee shifter. Hopefully it won't cause me to go mad and drown all my riding buddies.
