Out biking up Swaledale today with matey, my lad & his pal. Saw a Cuckoo being pestered by some smaller, warbler type birds & pointed them out. My lad says, 'didn't think Cuckoos would nest up here', so I had to explain what the Cuckoo was famous for including the fact they don't actually live in clocks. 😉
He's 27 & I feel terrible about the fact he didn't know.
I'm ashamed. 😥
