..struggling to think of many people with more varied talent.

Just caught last 5mins of the one show and it reminded me what a talented bloke he is. Might have a bit of a man crush!

Intelligent enough to get into Cambridge
More than a little bit competent as an athlete
Internationally renown comedian/comedy actor/actor
Turns out he is an impressive musician as a second career.
Generally sound bloke that would be good company stuck in a lift.

Sickening!

Is he a lift engineer though?

Cos, like, if you were stuck in a lift, that might be a skill you'd want in the person you're stuck in it with....

Nah, I'd want a lift engineer on the outside where he could get to the motors n' stuff and an interesting bloke (or woman) to spend time with.....

And a bottle of something nice.

True, he had a doctor for a father who had the cash to send him to Eton, but you still have to get the grades.

How is the engineer going to get out of the lift to repair it then?

Highest paid tv actor on usa tv, as well, so probably employs someone to repair his lift.

It's blues, you muppet, of course it's predictable!

I thought he disappeared off the face of the earth a few years ago - good to know he's back.

So the widely acclaimed TV series he's been starring in since 2004, that's seven years, has completely passed you by? You do own a TV, I take it?

I think house is a good show. It was great, but they seem to be struggling for plot ideas now. Still a good watch even without the Olivia Wilde lesbian stuff. Hugh Laurie is very good in it. I'd love to see the story line that Stephen Fry talked about where he plays House's cleverer older brother, like a Sherlock Holmes thang.

Yes - that's my day job. Are you aware of the Midyis raw score data between between the two sub groups? I could bang on for hours about this but ultimately it's very boring and not the topic for discussion here - which is HL and his enormous.....talent.

Suffice to say he is smarter than your average bear.

REALLY? Are you having a laugh? As my partner and I completely disagree, We've never seen a series that's so unpredicatable & that comes up with a completely new interesting situations without being stupidly far fetched EVERY new series. House is a classic, the script writers legendary and Huges performance brilliant in our eyes.

person is ill
they can't agree how to make them better
it is a right puzzle
they try some things but they get worse
house has a revelation
they are cured

Meanwhile house limps around abusing everyone while trying to shag his boss and mostly not to take drugs

As TV goes its not bad but it did get predicable and I stopped watching it

LOL, if you think that all that happens then, no wonder you think it predictable.
I'd suggest trying to pay a bit more attention, but your obviously pr-judged it, so I won't.
Not to worry.
