How do is compare to say Diesel?
If I'm a 31" waist in Diesel, what will that equate to in Howies?
Never had diesel but howies tend to have that old school idea of making thier stuff the size they say it is rather than going a bit bigger to appeal to people's egos so if you're 31 in a high street brand like Next or the like you might have to go up a size.
For me the legs are an issue, for a brand who markets themselves to mtbers a lot they have tight legs - I can only get into the loosefit ones and they're rightish.
I'd say Howies are generally in line with other brands I wear like Lee, CK, TKMaxx stuff.
That said I've a pair of 32s that are spot on and 2 others that are 1" bigger
I went for the 32" waist and they're the same size as Diesel 31" and smaller than CK or French Connection 32" waists.
