I do much the same round here.
Usually lots of roadside rubbish on castlemorton common here, so Stoner Jr and I grab a bin liner and walk to the pub picking up rubbish as we go. Not much you can do about it. Some people dont think about what they are doing. Without any other sanctions, any guilt that they might have isnt sufficient to measure their behaviour.
