This arrived earlier. I'm not sure if it's legit 🤣

Sounds perfectly legit to me. And soooo very much like the one I had just yesterday

It's lost off the bottom of the screenshot, but the last words were 'Wishing you a joyous life' so, err, yeah right 😄

Log into your Amazon account via the Amazon app?

Looks like a scam to me.

Block and report the number.

Delivered, but wasn't signed for properly? Sounds like a you problem to me.

Scammers are now relying on our desire to help Amazon out? Good luck with that.

Well, delivered but not signed for correctly, so the consignment needs to be rescheduled for delivery – they are redelivering the item that has been delivered. Wow.

I received a WhatsApp scam message the other day - something about heating allowance... so I replied to it: "Wow". I got a bunch of responses! They'd made a Whatsapp group of the people they were trying to scam. Bizarre. Reponses to my Wow, included "Why" and "What do you mean?" - like people believe a text from a mobile number, with a weird URL to click on, was actually a message from the government.

Did it look like this by any chance? just got it this morning.

They almost tricked me, then I remembered I'm not old enough to qualify 😆

Weirdly, the link takes you to the govt website (legit), but you have to be 65+ to claim the allowance, so it must be Spam phishing for phone numbers...?? in which case, don't reply 😀

Unrelated to the OP, but this is impressive in its sophistication:

I just insta blocked and reporte it... No point shouting into the void by replying.
If the link is legit (I didn't check) then yes they just must be farming for active numbers and potential marks for other scams.

And why wouldn't the URL in the link be. Gov. UK or whatever... Kinda sus!

They never use the same number twice... And, as per my post about it, you're part of a group, so it's not a void. But hey ho, yeah, they are best ignored really.

Yeah there's really no point engaging... Just block and move on.

Don't even give it a second thought.

I’ve had two undelivered packages messages very recently, one from Evri, one from DHL, IIRC, both were obviously hinky, just by looking at the sender info. I just smirked to myself and deleted them.
