No idea where to start with guestimating this - the woodwork on our house is knackered and needs repairing. As it is, I am not at all keen on it so have been looking at options. We live on a small development and the houses all have the horrible mock Georgian (or whatever it is) woodwork on them, but some have the brickwork in between rendered, however I favour removing the lot and rendering it all (as per the picture).
So, does anyone have a decent idea of what a likely cost to replace all the wood would be against ripping it all off and just rendering (I would do it with the self-coloured render so it shouldn't ever need painting).
