I seem to suffer from the same need constantly upgrade my computer as I do with my bike (usually well beyond what I actually need); I'm clearly not alone.
After looking for a cheapish replacement for my humble keyboard I was amazed, and somewhat shocked, to find that you can actually pay almost [url= http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-075-RA ]£250 for a computer keyboard[/url] (it is called the [b]Deathstalker Ultimate Elite Keyboard[/b] though!).
Clearly it's not just the bike industry that suffers from overpriced bling! Would anyone really buy this?
Anything called the [b]deathstalker ultimate[/b] is worth the asking price IMO.
If I were as serious as gaming as I was a few years back, I would have one.
That's a really nice keyboard and Razer make the best gaming products.
Programmable keys is the seller for me, button config for each different game at the touch of a button.... yes please!!!

reasonable quality bike £500
ridiculously blingy bike £5000 (can go a lot higher)
10 times the price
sure I could come up with examples of bike parts with similar price ranges too
