I know it's been asked before but can anyone tell me

You need to have a photo hosting account on the web (eg Flickr, Photopic etc) if you want to post your own photos.
Then all yo need to do is:
1) Copy the URL of the photo (right click, "copy image location")
2) Click the IMG button in the post box below
3) Paste the URL* in and click OK
* URL must end in [b].jpg[/b] or it wont work. If it ends in .htm or similar, you've got the URL of the web page rather than the image itself.
