Does somthing have to be living, decaying or in movement to ommit a smell?
I assume a smell comes from airborn particles, so how can something like a piece of plastic give an odour.
Do ya know what I mean.

Wet paint smells for instance not sure if its alive or decaying. Technically due to the earths rotation everything is in constant movement so you may be on to something with that one. 🙄

Spelt "omit" but I think you meant "emit".

I guess stuff must give off molecules in order to smell. Your nose is pretty sensitive though.

Fartz iz poo-duzt innit.

There are gazillions of molekewls flying off everything all the time, that's what you're smelling isn't it.
