Not falling down (yet) so much as window going to fall out. Lintel above window cracked (presumably was supported before someone did a bodge-job on replacement windows at somepoint in the past). SO this would need replaced/rebuilt and platering inside and pebbledashing outside.
Substantially beyond my meagre DIY skills... Can anyone recommend me a builder in Newcastle-upon-Tyne?
