I've recently talked a young woman that I know into massaging my back and head also some other places. On the down side I need to also do some massaging on her.
So I've been looking up different techniques on you tube and also looking into different massage oils.
So far I've bought a massage table, £200 online or £70 on ebay, I went with ebay. I also bought 1 litre of sweet almond oil, but I might buy some Apricot Kernel.
I think that this will be great for my stress levels and back injuries, does anyone have a massage on a regular basis or does anyone have massage sessions with their partner or someone they know?
any advice or help, much appreciated.
